Refund Policy
At GLAVET, we are committed to providing products that help you monitor your home, feel more secure, and stay aware of what is happening around the areas that matter most. We believe in the quality and effectiveness of our products, and we recommend using your product for at least 14 days before considering a return.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days and your order is still within our 60-day money-back guarantee period, please contact us at support@glavet.com so our team can assist you.
Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this 24-hour window, we may not be able to accommodate your request, as your order may have already entered the processing stage.
If your order is successfully cancelled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We are confident in our products and encourage you to try them for a minimum of 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you are still not satisfied and wish to return your item, you may do so after 14 days, as long as your request is made within 60 days of receiving your order.
Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We take care when packaging our products to help prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or if the product itself is physically broken. Damage to packaging during shipping, such as dented boxes or marks on the outer packaging, is not considered product damage if the item inside is still in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@glavet.com. Please include a clear photo of the damage so our team can review the issue.
If your claim is approved, we will determine whether you are eligible for a replacement at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
We do our best to process and ship orders in a timely manner. However, GLAVET is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays that are outside of our control, including delays caused by the courier, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect delivery information, or other issues that may occur during transit.
If you experience a delivery issue after your order has been shipped, we recommend contacting the courier directly for the most accurate delivery updates. GLAVET is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If you enter an incorrect shipping address and do not notify us within 24 hours of placing your order, you may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or reshipment.
