At GLAVET, we are proud to offer free shipping on all orders.

Order Processing Times

Please allow 7-12 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it has been placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your selected delivery address.

During peak periods, holidays, or high-volume sales events, processing times may take up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times refer to the transit time after your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local courier handling, customs processing, and other factors outside of our control.

Please note that during peak periods, holidays, or international shipping, carriers may experience delays in transit time or tracking updates. Customs delays may also occur for international orders, which can extend the overall delivery timeframe.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect shipping details may result in delayed processing, delivery issues, or order cancellation.

If our system detects a possible issue with your shipping address, our support team may contact you by email to verify your details. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us at support@glavet.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update your details, but we cannot guarantee changes after this timeframe once the order has entered processing.

Delayed Delivery

At GLAVET, we work hard to process and ship every order as quickly as possible. However, delivery delays may occasionally happen due to circumstances outside of our control.

These may include courier delays, customs processing, severe weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, incorrect shipping information, address verification issues, or payment processing delays.

If we become aware of an issue that may delay your order, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible. However, GLAVET cannot guarantee an exact delivery date and is not responsible for delays caused by external shipping or courier-related factors.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how frustrating it can be if a package is lost or stolen during the shipping process. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, the package is under the courier’s control.

If your package appears to be lost or stolen, please contact us at support@glavet.com and we will do our best to assist you. We also recommend contacting the courier directly to open a claim, as they may require information from you to investigate the issue.

GLAVET is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, we will do what we can to help you resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package cannot be located or delivered.

In cases of suspected theft, we recommend filing a report with your local authorities.
