Shipping
Free shipping on every order, worldwide. No minimum.
Processing
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. You’ll get a tracking link by email once it’s on its way.
Delivery estimates (after dispatch)
United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
Europe: 6–10 business days
United States: 7–12 business days
Rest of world: 7–14 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, courier backlogs and public holidays can add time.
Tracking
Tracking updates can take 2–3 days to appear after dispatch. If nothing has moved after 7 days, email us.
Wrong address
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 24 hours and we’ll correct it if the order hasn’t been picked. We can’t refund orders delivered to an address you supplied incorrectly.
Lost parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 14 days, or a parcel is marked delivered and you don’t have it, contact us within 7 days and we’ll open a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.
Customs
Orders are shipped with duties prepaid where applicable. If your country charges an import fee on arrival, that’s the recipient’s responsibility.
